• Web design projects require a 50% deposit before work begins
• Monthly services are billed in advance
• All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by All In One Business Resources and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for web design services, you will receive ownership of the final website design. However, we retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Not interfere with or disrupt our services

All In One Business Resources shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We strive to deliver all services within the agreed timeframes. However, delivery times may vary based on:

• Project complexity and scope
• Client feedback and revision requests
• Availability of required resources
• External factors beyond our control

We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize their impact on your project.

Our refund policy varies by service type and is designed to be fair to both parties:

• Web Design Projects: 50% refund available if project is cancelled within 7 days of contract signing, before substantial work begins
• Monthly Services: No refund for current month, but cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle
• AI Voice Assistant Setup: 30% refund available within 14 days if service does not meet specified requirements
• Video Content Creation: Refunds considered on case-by-case basis before production begins
• Business Funding Assistance: No fees collected for this service, therefore no refunds applicable

All refund requests must be submitted in writing with detailed reasoning. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

Note: Refunds are not available for completed work or services already delivered and accepted by the client.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• We will provide deliverables for work completed and paid for
• Confidential information must be returned or destroyed
• Ongoing service obligations cease

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nevada.
