Web Design and Professional Services
Due to the digital nature of web design, SEO, and custom AI configuration services, these are considered "work-for-hire" services.
Initial Setup Fees:
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all initial setup fees. If you are not satisfied with the initial direction of your project within the first 14 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund, provided that the final project assets have not yet been delivered or published.
Completed Projects:
Once a website is published to a live domain or the final AI configuration is deployed to the client's account, the setup fee becomes non-refundable.
Subscription and SaaS Fees
For our monthly recurring services (Inbound AI Receptionist hosting, website maintenance, and software access):
Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client portal or by contacting info@allinonebr.com.
Refunds:
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. If you cancel mid-month, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of your current billing period.
Non-Refundable Items
Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (such as domain name registrations, premium stock photography licenses, or third-party API usage fees) are non-refundable.
